Vick Patel - Managing Partner
With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Vick has built a successful career in hotel operations, acquisitions, development, and ownership. Vick began his hospitality career in 2000 at the age of 16, working part-time at independent hotels in the Dallas area before quickly advancing to a front desk position at the Clarion Hotel DFW Airport Area.
In 2004, he managed his first hotel in South Florida. After successfully improving the property's performance, he was promoted to oversee a portfolio of eight hotels across Southern Florida. In 2010, Vick invested in his first Choice Hotels International branded property. Following its success, he developed his first ground-up hotel in 2011. In 2015, Vick and his family founded a hotel management company that continues to grow through strategic acquisitions and development. Today, he is committed to expanding a portfolio of award-winning hotels while creating exceptional guest experiences and strengthening the communities they serve.
Mit Patel - Managing Partner
Mit has over 30 years of experience in hospitality spanning across the spectrum of industry phases. Mit literally grew up in hotels and started supporting his family business at a young age. He is grateful that he has found his calling in something that he knows by heart. His childhood days cultivated a set of values forged in a humble, strong work-ethic balanced with an endless passion for excellence. These values were cemented by everyday lessons learned while working the desk, cleaning rooms, and performing maintenance at family owned properties. Over time he was able to leverage his “do it all” experience to establish himself as a well-respected professional in hotel brand development and project management. Mit has been professionally involved in multi-million dollar deals as a manager, broker, developer, and a principal investor, all while keeping true to his core values.
